1. Contractual Relationship
These Terms and Conditions govern your formal access and utilization of the EmaChat chat applications, system engines, subdomains, and packaged native web-view software containers. By authenticating into this application, you acknowledge and accept all provisions written herein. If you object to any part of these terms, you are restricted from accessing our services.
2. Account Management & Authorization Nodes
EmaChat leverages Google OAuth validation layers to guarantee safe, spam-free ecosystem parameters. You maintain sole accountability for the security and usage profiles of your linked Google authentication channels. We reserve the absolute right to drop, terminate, or un-pair connection channels that display malicious script injection signatures or perform brute-force API requests.
3. Workspace Etiquette & Operational Constraints
EmaChat is custom-built as an intimate, closed space for couples and partners. Users explicitly agree to abide by the following restrictions:
- You will not use our platform channels or background cURL notification scripts to distribute spam, ads, or unsolicited bulk text.
- You will not attempt to exploit, reverse-engineer, mirror, or crawl our real-time WebRTC architecture signals or database structures.
- You will not inject malicious code elements or execute third-party data collection wrappers inside the interface layout.
4. Limitation of Liability & Account Termination
Irreversible Data Loss Acknowledgment: The core signature of EmaChat is the user-triggered "Swipe Right" instant chat wipe. You explicitly recognize and accept that this action triggers absolute, irreversible database erasure across both linked partner devices simultaneously.

5. Operational Rights & Network Architecture Control
We maintain absolute ownership of our server structures and configurations. We reserve the right to dynamically alter signaling pathways, update database fallback loops, scale our AWS TURN media relay network endpoints, or change Firebase token routing structures to maintain optimal server load balances without prior notice.
6. Governing Law & Corporate Oversight
These Terms are governed, interpreted, and parsed strictly under the statutory regulations of the corporate registry rules overseeing **Momorita** and its primary executive director, **SATYAJIT DAS MODAK**, incorporating protective enforcement clauses from **Trademark Registration No. 6195316**. All formal corporate disputes fall under local regional jurisdictions.
