Unlike the majority of the other apps, EmaChat does not require users to share their personal information, which includes name or email address, except the user, will have to give their permission to share their location, gender, camera, and microphone for the smooth functioning of the application. Also, the user contact number that is asked while signing in, is solely for the purpose of logging in to the application. We assure you that your contact information of any sort will not be used by us for any other purposes.
EmaChat uses third-party services but will still have no access to your personal information. your data is neither stored with us or any of the third-party services that we acquire. We respect your privacy and handle it with utmost discretion. The third-party servers would use only user information like browser information and user-agent.
Other data collection and usage information that you must know:
Log Data We want to inform you that whenever you use our service, in case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third-party products) on your phone called log data. This log data mostly includes the operating system version of the phone and no other information is collected. This information, after the issue is resolved is automatically cleared out of the system.
Cookies Cookies are files containing a small quantity of data and are generally used to store limited amounts of data. These are sent to your browser from the websites you visit and are stored in the internal memory of your device. We do not store any of your data through these cookies. This service explicitly uses cookies, to enhance the user interface. When you choose to avail our services, you automatically accept these cookies too.

The chats and photos will be end-user-encrypted with AES 256 Bit Encryption with 16 Cipher and all the conversations will be deleted immediately from the server as soon as the message is delivered and after the chat session has ended, it will be deleted from the user's device too.
Community guidelines Please note that it is not advisable to send any photos or texts which would harm the sovereignty of any country and would harm the sentiments of the people of any caste, religion, gender or race. This application is solely meant for you and your loved one to spend quality time together. We expect you to use this application for this purpose only.
Additionally, taking screenshot or screen recording is not permitted in EmaChat Android Application. But do understand that no method of transmission over the internet, or any method of electronic storage is 100% safe and reliable.
Links to Other Sites We advise you to use EmaChat with your trusted partner only. We at EmaChat do not track any link that you may further share or receive, and that’s why take no responsibility for any harm or damage that may arise because of it.
Children's Privacy This application is primarily for users over 13 years old. Children below this age are not advised to use this application.
